The Library is currently running a trial of Medline with Full-text. This looks like a great resource, searchable via keywords or MeSH terms. There are many titles full-text, however many also have a 6mo-1yr embargo on the full-text. Please take a look at it by logging in with your Athens account – http://search.epnet.com/athens.asp.
